Combatting race discrimination is important to this practice.

This Vault seeks to provide insights, news, and resources about race equality and justice issues within and outside the workplace.

Examples of information include highlighting specific and continuing news feeds addressing race, such The Marshall Project, leading on criminal justice reform issues, and The Undefeated, leading on racial justice in sports.

Compelling books are recommended, including The New Jim Crow.
